Cold Press Oil Product Policies

Cold Press Oils Product Policy (Category)

Applicable to: All edible oils listed under Cold Press Oils (e.g., Sarso/Mustard, Yellow Mustard, Til/Sesame, Mungfali/Groundnut – 500 ml to 15 L).

7 Days Replacement (Cold Press Oils)

Replacement requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery (as per our Terms). For issues like leakage/damage visible at delivery, we recommend reporting within 48 hours for faster resolution.

Replacement is eligible only for

• Leakage / spillage during transit (bottle/can damaged, cap broken, pouch/bottle leaking).
• Seal broken / tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
• Wrong oil / wrong variant / wrong pack size delivered.
• Missing item in the parcel (verification required).
• Expired product received (proof required).
• Verified quality issue (rare) after review of proof/batch details.

Important (Food & Hygiene)

• Edible oils are food/consumable items. For hygiene & safety, returns are not accepted after the product is opened/used, except in cases verified as damaged/wrong/missing/expired/quality issue attributable to us.
• Natural variation is normal: colour/aroma may vary slightly by batch. Cold-pressed oils may show mild sediment or cloudiness in cold weather—this is not a defect.
• Mustard oil naturally has a strong aroma; it is part of the authentic taste.

Proof Required (Unboxing Video / Photos)

For missing/wrong/leakage/damage/tampering claims, we may request a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel, along with photos.

• Start recording before opening the parcel.
• Show outer box + shipping label clearly.
• Show the sealed bottle/can, then open and show the issue (if any).

Do Not Accept Damaged/Tampered Parcels

Please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If the package looks torn/damaged/tampered, do not accept it. If a visibly damaged/tampered parcel is accepted, claims for missing/damage/incorrect items may be rejected as per Terms.

How Replacement / Refund Works

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
• If replacement is not available, we may issue a refund to your Sidhi Marwadi Wallet (usable for your next order), as per Terms.
• Reverse pickup may be arranged where available. Otherwise, our team will guide you on the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

• Order can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support.
• Once dispatched / out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. You may reject it at the doorstep, subject to applicable terms.
